1) Well in advance, please read Once Upon an Elephant and Night Creepers to your students.

2) Five weeks before the author visit, send home book order forms (provided). Please tell families that those will need to be returned 3 weeks prior to the author visit to ensure that we can have books stocked.

3) Three weeks prior to your visit, email a spreadsheet to Linda. Please include 1) Student name, 2) Teacher name, 3) book and version (hardcover/soft cover) 4) amount paid, and 5) check number or cash.  I will sign books at home, and will collect the money when I get to your school.

4) Have a check prepared for each author for the total cost of her books sold. This can come from your school or from your Parent/Teacher Association.
